“Nosebleed” is the b-side to Deerhunter’s Memory Boy single, which is out now on 4AD. In contrast to the featherweight jangle pop of the Halcyon Digest cut, it’s a rough and ragged slice of garage rock that echoes the work of friend/collaborator Jay Reatard .
